Chicken- Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
- 2 TBS butter
- 1 C chopped onion
- Mushrooms
- Celery
- 1 1/2 C cubed chicken
- 1 1/2 C stock
- 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 milk
- 3 TBS cornstarch
Instructions:
- 350 oven. Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion. cook and stir 5m until tender. Add veggies, chicken, stock, sage and salt.
- Whisk milk and cornstarch in a bowl
- Stir into chicken mixture.
- Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
- Pour into prepared pie dish
- Bake 25-30m. Let stand 5m before serving.
