Cocktail - Wisconsin Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. (60 ml) Korbel Brandy
• 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5:1)
• 4 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 2 small wedges of orange
• 1 cocktail cherry
• Topo Chico sparkling mineral water (or Sprite or Squirt)
• Cocktail cherry and orange slice for garnish

Instructions:

2. Add a 1/2 wheel of orange, quartered,a cocktail cherry, simple syrup, and bitters to glass and muddle, avoiding the rind
3. Add brandy
4. Add ice (ideally crushed)
5. Stir to combine
6. Top with carbonated beverage of choice Sweet- Sprite Sour- Squirt Press- 1/2 sweet and 1/2 sour Soda- Topo Chico No wash- no floater
7. Garnish with remaining half wheel of orange and a cherry
