Misc- Apple Cider Donuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 donut pans.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together your egg, and sugars. Pour in the coconut milk, apple cider, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl mix your flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet, and using a spatula mix until just incorporated. You do not want to over mix.
  5. Pour the batter into a gallon zip top bag, and snip off the corner. Pipe the batter into the pan, filling 1/2 to 3/4th's full.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely before dipping into the glaze.
  7. To make the glaze whisk together the ingredients in a bowl. Dip the tops of the donuts into the glaze, and allow the excess to drip off. Set aside on parchment paper and allow the glaze to fully harden.
