Instructions:

  1. Cut apples in four, cut out core
  2. Place the apples iwater, spice, brown sugar and salt in Instant Pot
  3. Manual, 15m
  4. Let pressure release naturally for 15m
  5. Saute, then add lemon juice
  6. Immersion blend or let cool 30m and food processor
  7. Spoon apple butter into jars or other containers. Use with in 10 days, store in refrigerator or freeze until ready to use.
  8. Makes about 3-4 pints for large batch, depending on how much you sample before placing in jars
