Ground Meat- Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients:
- 9 C shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 C shredded carrot
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 TBS sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp dried ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 C broth
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 lb ground meat, or sage sausage
- green onion for garnish
Instructions:
- brown meat, remove meat from pan
- medium high heat, add onion and sesame oil, cook until lightly browned
- reduce heat to medium
- add spices, broth and stir well
- add cabbage, stir to coat and cook until wilted
- add carrots, cook 2-3m
- add soy sauce for taste
- add back meat and heat through
- garnish with green onion
