IP Kielbasa with Sauerkraut and Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water/stock
- 2 pounds of either chicken, turkey, or beef kielbasa, cut into 1″ slices
- 2-3 Cups roasted cabbage or sauerkraut
- 1 to 2 white potatoes, peeled and cut into a large dice. If you want firmer potatoes, cut them into larger pieces. (skip these if you wish). Around 2 to 4 cups.
- 1 small white onion, cut into a small dice. About 1 Cup.
- Carrots
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions:
- Saute button- heat oil. add potatoes, onions, carrots, salt, and pepper, cook to just softened a bit, don't fully cook. If there’s time, add onions first, wait 5:00, add carrots, wait 5:00-10:00, add potatoes, and wait 5:0

Add water/stock, stir gently
Layer your slices of kielbasa along the top and cover with cabbage. Cook on the Steam setting for 5 minutes.
You can quick release and eat, or wait up to 10 minutes on keep warm mode. Staying in the pot in the keep warm mode for too long can result in mushy potatoes.
