Cocktail - Elderflower Gimlet

(An approximation of the drink from the #### ICF holiday party)

Ingredients:

• 2 oz vodka or gin
• 1 oz St Germain/elderflower liqueur
• .5-1 oz simple syrup
• .5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• Lemon or lime twist
• Sugar in the raw

Instructions:

2. Fill shaker with ice and put in freezer to chill
3. Run lemon around the rim of a martini glass so sugar will stick
4. Rim glass with sugar
5. Add liquids to shaker
6. Shake 10-15 seconds
7. Pour into glass
8. Garnish with lemon twist
