Cocktail - Gimlet

Ingredients:

• 2.5 oz gin or vodka
• .5 oz lime juice
• .5 oz simple syrup
• Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions:

1. Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel
