Dessert- Gingerbread

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and baking soda together until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Blend in the flour and water to make a stiff dough.
  3. Chill at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  5. Roll out to around 1/4" thickness
  6. Bake for around 15m, depending on size of cookie
