Instructions:

  1. In large bowl, stir together yeast, water and olive oil, allowing the yeast 5:00 to get going.
  2. Add flour.
  3. Sprinkle the salt over the flour.
  4. Mix with dough hook for ~5:00
  5. Rinse the bowl. Dry it. Grease it with a bit of olive oil. Put dough into bowl; cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until it has increased about 1 1/2 times in volume, about an hour. Preheat the oven on the lowest setting and turn it off before placing the dough in to rise. If you're not ready when the dough is, just punch it down again and let it sit until you're ready for it. It's not going anywhere.
