Snack- Super Simple Granola

Ingredients:
- Dry:
- 3 C rolled oats
- 1 C raw almonds, chopped
- Wet:
- 1/2 C honey
- 2 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1 TBS cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- 350 degrees
- put dry ingredients into a baking dish and roast for 10-15m
- while dry ingredients are roasting, combine wet ingredients
- take out dry, drizzle wet on top and combine
5 spread on a wax paper baking pan (could try smashing it down a bit to make bigger chunks of granola)
- turn oven off and allow the pan to bake for 8m
